Can a player sign a contract with the agency if he/she already has a manager? |

No. If a player already has a manager, it is best for him that the manager contacts the agency. If the player insists to sign the contract with the agency he/she is obligated to deliver the copy of termination of the contract with his/her manager. Only then, when the player is a free agent he/she can sign the contract with the agency.
